Celebrate. Sign up for HOM. Complete the 3-minute intake.
Week 2
Get matched to your local agent. Kickoff call. Start pre-approval.
Weeks 3–5
Finalize wishlist and MLS criteria. Begin virtual and in-person tours.
Weeks 5–8
Offer strategy, offer submitted, contract signed. Earnest money delivered.
Weeks 8–11
Inspection, appraisal, final underwriting. Clear to close.
Weeks 11–13
Utilities, address change, movers. Closing day. Keys in hand.
